Some Questions About Freedom
Did you ever pause and think about what it means to be ‘free’?
Did you know that every time you set yourself a goal, a target, a personal objective you become less free? T
The same is true of religions, political parties, professional organisations, alumni clubs and so on so forth.
The same is true of material objects.

What is the relationship between freedom and desires? Did you ever go through an exercise of listing out all the things ‘you want’ and why you want them? Isn’t it a bit strange that the process of going deeper by asking yourself ‘why?’ is harder than you think. Unless we are a monk, it difficult to imagine living without any desires. When we are are kids, freedom is going out to play without your parents permission.
When we are teenagers, freedom is living alone. When we are adults, freedom is not having a boss. Is feeling of being ‘free’ related to feeling of being ‘happy’? On the deepest level, is freedom about being free from your mind?
